CONSTRUCTION SECURITY / MALAWI

Protect the site.
Protect the programme.

Plant, fuel, materials and site access need protection throughout a project. Target Security shapes guarding, patrol and electronic-security arrangements around your construction environment.

Security that follows the changing site

Site boundaries, access points, equipment and contractor movements change as work progresses. Your security plan should be reviewed as those conditions change, not left as a fixed arrangement from mobilisation.

Access & movement

Gatehouse procedures, contractor checks, delivery records and control of authorised entry.

Assets & boundaries

Guarding, perimeter patrol and suitable CCTV around plant, materials, fuel and storage areas.

After-hours awareness

Detection, monitoring and escalation planned for the times the site is less occupied.

Depending on the risk and site conditions, a plan may also include K9 patrol capability, intrusion detection and fire-security systems. Responsibilities, contact arrangements and response expectations should be agreed before deployment.

Plan protection before mobilisation

Tell us the site location, project phase, hours of work, access points and the assets at risk. Highlight any history of theft, trespass, vandalism or disruption and the protection already in place.

Your proposal should set out the staffing or equipment scope, patrol and escalation procedures, reporting, supervision and review points. Pricing will depend on the agreed scope and operating conditions.
